This role involves leading the implementation and management of cloud environments, primarily focusing on Azure and AWS platforms. The Cloud Engineer will play a critical role in onboarding large and complex clients, designing tailored cloud solutions, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud infrastructure. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and technical development, working closely with the Professional Service Manager and other team members to deliver innovative cloud architectures. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.QualificationsA 4-year college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, along with 4 years of relevant IT industry experience, or 8 years of overall IT experience with 2-4 years of relevant technology expertise.Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud environments.Strong understanding of networking solutions including VPNs and hybrid network configurations.Proven ability to design, scope, and implement customized technical solutions based on client needs.Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable for individual and team deliverables.Active certifications in Azure, AWS, or Microsoft 365 are highly desirable and will be discussed during the interview process.ResponsibilitiesManage, build, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS platforms.Optimize cloud environment performance and manage operational costs effectively.Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud-related issues efficiently.Support the onboarding process for large and complex clients by implementing tailored cloud solutions.Design and architect cloud-based solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.Identify client needs and recommend appropriate cloud architecture and services.Serve as an escalation point for advanced cloud service issues, providing expert guidance.Maintain and strengthen partnerships with vendors such as Microsoft and Amazon.Assist the sales team during pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and insights.Develop and document cloud solutions, processes, and implementations for internal and client use.Conduct research and development to evaluate new cloud technologies and integrate best practices.Help expand the organization’s service catalog by productizing solutions.BenefitsCompetitive salary packagesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunities and certificationsFlexible remote work environmentEngaging and collaborative team culturePerks and incentives aligned with employee performance and company growthEqual OpportunityAtlas Technica is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
