We value team members who excel in both written and verbal communication and are committed to excellence.Required Skills and Qualifications:• 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper, or Accountant.• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks for day-to-day financial management.• Strong command of Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization.• Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment and work independently.• Must be based in the USA and able to work extended or weekend hours when required.Preferred Qualifications:• Prior payroll processing experience.• Experience supporting remote teams.• Familiarity with audit processes and financial compliance standards.Your potential leader(s):Cel Soriano -
