Proposal Architect - Client Accounting Services

Job Description: The Proposal Architect serves as a critical bridge between Revenue Generation and Implementation Ensure a smooth and informed transition from prospect to client Review prospective clients' existing QuickBooks files and/or financial reports to identify risks, complexities, and discussion points for the File Review call Participate in File Review call, capture key insights, and prepare proposal documents that accurately reflect the client's needs, scope, and estimated effort Prepare and deliver all relevant documentation to the Implementation team to support a seamless onboarding experience Remain engaged post handoff to assist with offboarding questions, learn from outcomes, refine assumptions, and continuously improve the proposal and sales process Requirements: Minimum 3 – 5 years accounting experience, preferably in a Client Accounting Services (CAS) environment Familiarity with implementation processes and procedures, preferred Strong knowledge of fundamental bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices and procedures Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and practical experience reviewing accounting system data and workflows (QuickBooks or similar) required Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to synthesize complex financial and operation data into clear recommendations and solutions Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to prioritize workload and shift gears based on workload and project demands Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word Professional, friendly and approachable demeanor with strong customer service orientation Comfortable working with many different personality types Benefits: Work from home, W-2 position Compressed work week option available Generous vacation and paid holidays Group Medical, Dental, Life, Vision, Accident Insurance 401(k) plan Participation in a company wide annual bonus incentive plan $25 monthly internet stipend Virtual employee groups, clubs, and activities throughout the year Casual dress
