Make a difference every day!Job DescriptionThis role resides in our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department. The Sales Incentive team supports the end-to-end sales incentive process, including plan design, administration, reporting and cost modeling for the sales incentive plans globally. Your role as a Senior Sales Incentive Analyst will play a critical role calculating and administering incentive plans, as well as supporting the plan modeling and budgeting process. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, and will partner closely with Sales, HR, and Legal to align our sales incentives with company goals. Success in this role means employees are paid accurately, on-time and have visibility into pay components each month.You will be responsible for:Building, maintaining and improving financial models to plan, measure and forecast sales incentivesCreating, interpreting, and delivering management reporting in the form of presentations, performance dashboards, and other visual tools for business leaders to make informed decisionsCompiling, processing, and analyzing sales and asset data for sales incentive calculationsImproving and restructuring existing processes to achieve synergies and efficiencies across the teamAnalyzing operational results and relevant trends to identify, understand, and proactively address risks and improvement opportunities within the teamAuditing monthly sales incentive calculationsThe experience you bring:BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field4+ years of Finance experience with a concentration in management reporting, scenario planning, forecasting, and decision modelingHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel, Access, and PowerPointKnowledge of Oracle Financials and/or Hyperion Planning is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailWorkplace ModelAt Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value.
