Truck Sales Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and resourceful Truck & Trailer Sales Executive. The ideal candidate is driven, has exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and can work diligently with staff and customers who English and other multi-cultural languages.
100% on-site or in-office Monday through Friday
Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Demonstrate our range of trucks and trailers to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
Negotiate sales agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the customer.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support and financing, to facilitate seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company while upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Success in sales, 2-3 years preferred* (trucking or automotive industry.*)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets, with a customer-centric approach.
Knowledge of commercial vehicles, including trucks and trailers, and their applications.
Ability to work independently & collaboratively within a team.
Bonus Qualifications
· Fluent in both English and ______ (at least one other language) preferred but not required.
· Understanding of Microsoft Office & CRM software
Compensation
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses
Pay Range: $60,000 - $250,000 annual
