Code primarily while leading and mentoring a small team of engineers
Optimize high-traffic Node.js services and address performance bottlenecks
Champion AI-assisted development tools and refine team processes
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1+ years of experience in a Team Lead role managing remote teams
Minimum 3+ years of experience with Python
Minimum 2+ years of experience with Node.js in backend development
Proven experience with high-traffic platforms and scalable systems
Comfortable operating outside managed cloud environments
