A company is looking for a Performance Manager to assist with the strategic transformation of data analytics and technology capabilities in a financial services real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy comprehensive Business Intelligence solutions and maintain integrated data governance systems
Develop operational and financial analytics frameworks, including real-time dashboards and KPI management
Create training materials and self-service analytics tools to enhance data-driven decision-making capabilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or technology leadership roles
3+ years of experience in commercial real estate or financial services with knowledge of the IFM/Corrigo platform
Proficiency in BI platforms like Power BI or Tableau, and strong SQL skills
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and knowledge of programming languages like Python or R
