Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Large national industrial distribution company is seeking an experienced customer service representative to work in our Addison, IL office. Seeking someone who is willing to be trained and desires a long term career. This is NOT a call center position. You take inbound calls from customers, enter quotes for industrial supplies for construction, answer questions, research answers, use Microsoft Excel, use our company software, work with other departments in the company, enter orders, and support the outside sales people.You will be discussing industrial parts so you should have an interest and some experience talking about industrial parts.
