Customer Service Representative

Job Description Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support order management, quoting, and invoicing processes. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate order entry, timely communication, and smooth coordination across internal teams.In addition to customer support, this position will assist with administrative, sales support, and light accounting tasks. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and issue quotes for existing customersProcess a variety of customer orders, including:Standard ordersOrders requiring materials sourced internationallyFree-of-charge (FOC) ordersReplacement (RGA) ordersEnter and maintain accurate customer information in the systemUpdate and manage pricing data within the systemGenerate invoices and process credit memosRespond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and trackingSupport the sales team with promotional item requestsAssist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) data entry QualificationsPrevious experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative supportExperience working with ERP or order management systems preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills What We're Looking ForA proactive and dependable team playerSomeone who takes ownership of their work and follows throughA strong communicator who can build positive relationships with customers and internal teamsCompany DescriptionLabor Solutions Professional is a leader in the professional, temporary, and direct hire industry.
