CNC Swiss Operator

Job Title: Swiss Lathe Operator / CNC Swiss Machinist Location: Dallas, TX 75243 Job Type: Full-Time Shift: 1st 5:30AM - 2PM Pay: $24–44/hour (Based on Experience) Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Swiss Lathe Operator to join our growing precision machining team. The ideal candidate has experience operating Citizen L20 and L12 Swiss lathes, but we welcome applicants with hands-on experience running any brand of Swiss-style CNC lathe. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate Swiss-style CNC lathes to produce precision components Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools Monitor tool wear and make offsets as needed to maintain tight tolerances Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized Follow all safety procedures and quality standards Preferred Qualifications Experience operating Citizen L20, L12, or similar Swiss lathes (Star, Tsugami, Tornos, etc.) Ability to hold tight tolerances in a production environment Strong understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, and materials Blueprint reading skills Experience with bar feeders and high-volume production is a plus Basic setup experience is highly desirable Minimum Requirements 2+ years operating CNC Swiss lathes (any brand) Strong mechanical aptitude Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Team-oriented mindset Pay: $24.00 - $44.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
