Urgent Care Physician

We are seeking a flexibleand patient-focused Urgent Care Physician to join a busy, multi-site urgentcare network serving the Martinsburg, WV area. This opportunity is ideal forphysicians who thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment and value variety intheir work setting. The Urgent Care Physicianwill provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages in awalk-in urgent care setting. The schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts perweek, rotating to ensure coverage across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.Candidates must have open availability and be comfortable floating betweenmultiple clinic locations. The clinics are open 7 daysper week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and are closed only on Thanksgiving andChristmas. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses and minor injuries Provide efficient, evidence-based urgent care services Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Float between urgent care locations as scheduled Participate in the education and teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Schedule Highlights 3 rotating 12-hour shifts per week Coverage includes weekends and holidays Multiple clinic locations No overnight shifts Qualifications MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent) Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Active state medical license (or eligibility to obtain) DEA registration required by start date Prior Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred
