CPA ManagerA well-established CPA firm is seeking a CPA Manager to lead and develop both tax and accounting services teams. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing client engagements, driving team performance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across the firm.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of tax and accounting services teamsSupervise, mentor, and develop staff across multiple service linesReview and finalize tax returns, financial statements, and client deliverablesEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulationsServe as a primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and advisory supportOversee workflow, deadlines, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of engagementsIdentify process improvements and implement best practices across the firmAssist with business development efforts and client relationship managementQualifications:Active CPA license required5+ years of experience in public accounting, with progressive leadership responsibilityStrong background in both tax and general accounting servicesProven ability to manage and develop teamsExcellent communication and client relationship skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred:Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneouslyBackground working with small to mid-sized businessesExperience with common accounting and tax software platformsWhy This Role:Opportunity to step into a leadership role with direct impact on firm growthCollaborative, team-oriented environmentExposure to a diverse client base across industries
