Client Services Specialist – ***Private Aviation Industry experience REQUIRED***Location: Boca Raton, FLOn-site position (100%); Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm in office with ability to be reached / on call after hours as needed with this 24/7 company operationNew position based on Company growthCompensation: competitive base salary plus performance bonus potential and benefits Position Summary – Client Services Specialist:Growing private jet aviation company seeks a highly organized, client-focused Client Services Specialist to join the Operations team. This role serves as a critical liaison between aviation advisors, clients, operators & vendors. Client Services Specialist manages trip execution from initial request through post-flight follow-up. Position requires strong operational judgment, attention to detail, the ability to perform under time-sensitive conditions in a fast-paced aviation environment, and the ability to be on-call after hours (as needed) for this 24/7 company operation.Responsibilities – Client Services Specialist:Manage client private jet/charter/etc. requests from initial inquiry through post-flight follow-upCoordinate with operators, pilots, and third-party vendors including catering and ground transportationBuild & manage detailed flight itineraries, trip logistics, etc.Monitor flight schedules, weather, aircraft status, and operational changes in real timeProvide proactive, professional communication to clients before, during and after flightsConduct flight following and ensure smooth execution of all tripsEnsure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and operational standardsAssist with flight services including catering, transportation, and special client requestsSupport administrative, analytical, and reporting tasks related to flight operationsAssist accounting with billing, invoicing, and post-trip reportingQualifications – Client Services Specialist:REQUIRED: 2 to 3+ years’ experience in private aviation, private corporate travel, private luxury hospitality, or similar industry client-facing operationsProven operations / administrative experience with the ability to be client-facing / personable to client base Ability to work in-office Monday through Friday (9:00am to 5:00pm) and be reached / on call after hours as needed with this 24/7 company operationBachelors level degree preferred but not required if industry experience is relevantMicrosoft Office Suite proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Proficiency with scheduling systems and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce preferred)Strong client-service mindset with a white-glove approachStrong operational, communication (verbal/written), organizational, time management, analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
