At V2 Jets, it’s simple: we take care of the logistics so our clients can focus on what matters most - their time!Position OverviewWe are seeking an Experienced client-focused Client Services Manager to join our Operations team. This role serves as a critical link between aviation advisors, clients, operators, and vendors. You will manage trip execution from initial request through post-flight follow-up, ensuring flawless delivery and exceptional service at every touchpoint.This position requires strong operational judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under time-sensitive conditions in a fast-paced aviation environment. This role will also include admin duties in the office, and assisting the CEO. Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing client trips from booking confirmation through flight departureServe as the primary point of contact for clients and their executive assistants for all pre-flight coordinationMonitor flight schedules, weather, aircraft status, and operational changes in real timeHandle detailed trip execution including cross-checking itineraries, passenger information, and travel documentsCoordinate logistics including catering, ground transportation, rental cars, and special onboard requestsGather, verify, and confirm all flight details with operators to ensure full accuracy and alignment with client expectationsPrepare and provide flight itineraries and pre-flight briefings to clientAssist accounting with billing, invoicing, and post-trip reportingBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and their assistantsDevelop and refine internal workflows, SOPs, and service standardsTake ownership of resolving flight-related issues as soon as they are reported, including troubleshooting, escalation, and resolutionQualifications & ExperienceExperience in luxury travel coordination and working directly with high-net-worth individuals and executive assistantsExceptional communication and organizational skillsStrong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsCritical thinker with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detailReliable, adaptable, and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment2+ years of experience in private aviation, corporate travel, luxury hospitality, or similar client-facing operation'sComfortable operating in a 24/7, always-on business
