Partner Support SpecialistJoin CEDA as a Partner Support Specialist. Location: Central Office, Chicago, IL. Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt.The Community and Economic Development Association (CEDA) is a dynamic nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering communities and reducing poverty. Join our team as a Partner Support Specialist to provide relationship management and direct support to our Energy Services Partner Intake Sites. In this role, you'll ensure program compliance, provide issue resolution, and help improve service delivery across Cook County.What You'll Do:Phone Support:Respond to Partner Intake Site inquiries via phone and email, offering accurate guidance and policy clarification.Document and track support interactions, escalating complex issues when needed.Provide excellent customer service, identifying trends and recommending process improvements.Use technology and platforms to efficiently manage a high volume of communication.Site Visits:Conduct on-site visits to assess needs, provide support, and ensure compliance with Energy Services guidelines.Perform assessments and audits, provide feedback, and recommend operational improvements.Deliver refresher training and help reinforce standards and best practices.Maintain strong relationships with Partner Intake Sites through face-to-face engagement.Why Join Us?Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, generous PTO, and moreProfessional Growth: Collaborate with dedicated teams and expand your skills in a mission-driven environmentMake an Impact: Help improve service access and quality for communities across Cook CountyWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or GED equivalent requiredMinimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably phone-basedAccess to reliable transportation for in-person site visitsStrong communication, problem-solving, and time management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/recordkeeping systemsAbility to maintain confidentiality and work independentlyBilingual fluency in Spanish is a plusPrior nonprofit or community-based experience strongly preferredReady to Make a Difference?
