Job Title: Analyst/DeveloperLocation: Chicago, ILType: W2 ContractRequired EducationBachelors/Master's Degree with 2-4 years' experience in this capacityORNo college degree but has technical certification with 6+ years' experienceRequiredRequired Experience, Knowledge & Skills Technical:At least 2-4 years of experience in Application SupportExpertise with relational databases support, querying and database reporting preferably SnowflakeExperience with AWS services: EC2, S3, VPC, Route 53, RDS, CloudFormation, EC2, DynamoDB (NoSQL), Lambda, logging/CloudWatch, IAM, Certificate Manager, ELB, EBS, ECS, CloudFront/WAF, SQS, SNS, SESExperience troubleshooting issues related to UI / API & Data flowExpertise with high availability architectureExperience in Monitoring Tools (Ex: Thousand Eyes, AppDynamics, Grafana etc.)2+ years of application support experience for cloud based applicationsExperience working with AWS services and SQL for queries in SnowflakeExperience troubleshooting API'sBackground in data management, data engineering, or data operations / Familiarity with ADO pipeline frameworkExperience with Python / related scripting language for automation needsExperience as SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) for improving the application Availability / PerformanceWorking experience with programming languages: Python, Power shell, SQL & JSONWorking knowledge on deploying autoscaling features (no hands-on support required)DescriptionJob Description Typical Task Breakdown:Triage & Resolve support tickets as per the defined Service Level agreementWorks on critical application/technical problem identification and resolution, including responding to off-shift and weekend support callsTickets Resolution Proactively identifying and managing issue resolutions / documenting and provide follow-up on the resolution process with requestorInvolve in Application Availability & performance monitoringDevelop scripts and automation tools to better detect and correct application issuesDevelop monitoring and alerting capabilities to proactively detect application issuesSometimes they will work on dealer communication
