ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in San Analyst in San Antonio, TX. Project focus: Learning and onboarding support for Credit Karma rules for CC & CLDuties Include Analyzes non-IT business problems and articulates requirements to support process improvement opportunities Creates framework for assessing financial payback Identifies alternative solutions and makes recommendation Prepares documentation of current and desired state Develops requirements and builds a common understanding between process owners and solution developers Role demands ability to assess process performanceRequirements Python Skilled Analyst with Banking experience Stateside location, to enable production data access Banking experience, specifically credit reports and how data flow to and through credit reporting agencies Experience in preparing ROI statements for proposed investments Strong written and verbal communication skillsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
