Proficiency in assessment, evaluation, and collaboration with healthcare professionals is required.Decision-Making Skills: The ability to critically analyze situations and independently make informed decisions regarding treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-play protocols in accordance with state licensure guidelines.Attention to Detail: Meticulous documentation and injury tracking are crucial components of this role.Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication under pressure with patients, medical teams, staff, and families is necessary.
