The role includes overseeing SAT/FAT, DOWs, and minor automation tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize molding processes to ensure product quality and consistency.Lead product development initiatives, from concept to production.Oversee FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) for molding and related systems.Manage validations and DOWs (Design of Workflows) to ensure compliance with industry standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements in molding and automation processes.Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on molding and product development.Strong knowledge of SAT/FAT, validations, and DOWs.Proficiency in CAD software and process optimization tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
