Job SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on Automation Engineer to support automated manufacturing operations, equipment validation, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, and equipment validation activitiesTroubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, robotics, sensors, servos, and pneumatic systemsSupport automation system integration and equipment commissioningDiagnose and resolve electro-mechanical equipment issuesSupport process optimization and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain validation, maintenance, and system documentationProvide technical support during off-shift hours as neededRequired Qualifications3+ years of automation engineering experience in manufacturingStrong PLC/HMI troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens)Hands-on electro-mechanical troubleshooting skillsExperience with SAT and validation protocols in regulated environmentsFamiliarity with SCADA, Ignition, or MES systemsBS in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fieldPreferred Industry ExperienceHigh-speed packagingMedical device manufacturingAutomotive manufacturingCore SkillsRoot cause analysis and troubleshootingAutomation system integrationStrong problem-solving and adaptability skills
