Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Albuquerque, NM for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will be responsible for assessing and developing individualized treatment plans, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions, and providing behavior management strategies. Additionally, the role involves training and educating parents, caregivers, and staff to support children’s developmental goals. Ongoing progress monitoring, data analysis, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team are key responsibilities. Qualifications Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologiesExperience with Behavior Management and implementation of individualized behavior plansStrong skills in Parent Education and caregiver training to support behavior improvementBackground in Psychology or related fields with expertise in child developmentBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, with license or eligibilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with children, families, and a multidisciplinary teamPrevious experience in autism spectrum disorder therapy is a plus
