Job Description Job Opportunity: Urologic SurgeonOur organization is on the lookout for a board-certified or board-eligible urologic surgeon who possesses experience, interest, or expertise in Genitourinary Reconstructive Urology. This role will be situated within the Division of Urology in the Department of Surgery. We are open to candidates at various ranks and tracks, with compensation and rank aligned with qualifications and experience.The Division of Urology comprises a team of fellowship-trained specialists focusing on areas such as oncology, pediatrics, robotics, and renal transplantation. Our surgeons deliver comprehensive urologic care for a wide range of benign and malignant conditions.This position will involve close collaboration with the residency program. The Division of Urology and the Department of Surgery offer a strong framework of services and resources to support academic aspirations, along with available leadership opportunities.Our organization serves a diverse and medically intricate population, acting as a consultative resource for the state and the Four Corners region of the Southwest. Outpatient surgical services are available through our hospital, regional medical center, and the Comprehensive Cancer Center, which is the only National Cancer Institute-designated center within a 500-mile radius. The Health Science Center is the largest academic health complex in the state and serves as the sole Level 1 trauma center. It is also the exclusive site for urologic residency training, supported by a vast referral network for practices involving urethral reconstruction, buried penis, cancer survivorship, congenital conditions, and men's health procedures.
