Customer Service Representative/MyRepChat (Remote)
MyRepChat Support Team MemberMyRepChat is a web-based texting application. Our clients utilize it to share vital financial information with their own clients and prospects. As a member of the Support Team, you will answer incoming calls and email inquiries. You will assist clients with questions and resolutions, assist to align client expectations with the service, and identify areas of improvement.Compensation This position offers $15-17/hr depending on experience plus monthly performance incentives.Primary Responsibilities & ExpectationsAnswer incoming callsRespond to incoming emailsAttend screen share calls with clientsAttend regular meetings to discuss area of improvement for SupportBe available during regular business hours for unexpected calls and meetingsAccess to a private & secure workspace, free from distractionsAccessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and responsibilities as outlined by the supervisorAn internet connection with speeds of 5 Megabits down / 3 Megabits up (5mbps/3mbps)Skills and QualificationsMust have Customer Service experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work remotely and remain on taskAbility to work as a part of a teamAbility to apply critical thinking to problemsAbility to work with a computer and learn new softwareAt FMG, we believe in the wholehearted acceptance of each other regardless of our differences.
