Customer Service Representative

Our growth is rooted in the success of our 2000+ client retailers and we are constantly striving to perfect the delivery of prompt and extraordinary service.We are seeking a highly driven, passionate, dynamic, detail oriented and hard-working Customer Service Representative capable of understanding and resolving issues and working to optimize the experience of our customers and entering large, detailed orders received through email and phone. This is not a call center. Candidates with receptionist/office assistant experience will do well in this position.This is an on-site position. Pay is $17-$18 per hour depending on experience, plus benefits.
