Maintenance Technician (M-F - 7am - 7pm)

Summary: Seeking a Mechanical Technician skilled in maintaining and repairing mechanical systems and machines in a manufacturing environment. Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience in mechanical, hydraulic, piping, and pneumatic fields Thorough knowledge of mechanical equipment and piping systems Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment RCRA training capability Mobile Equipment Certification Preferred Skills: Comfortably working at various heights and equipment levels Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, piping, boiler, steam, cooling tower, and pneumatic systems Install bearings, shafts, couplers; rebuild gearboxes and fluid pumps Perform basic maintenance welding (Mig, Stick, Tig) Thread/run black pipe, stainless steel pipe, copper pipe Install/align industrial motors; rig industrial machines Maintain lubrication requirements for equipment Start up/shut down equipment per safety procedures/OSHA requirements Advise operators on safe operation procedures for electrical/electronic/mechanical components Maintain performance/maintenance records for equipment Perform preventive maintenance functions as directed Assist with technical troubleshooting Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
