Sr. Project ManagerFremont, CA 94539OverviewSalary Range $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 Salary/year Job Shift 1stDescription*** This is a 5-month contract***Summary:The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing customer programs and serves as the "voice of the customer (VOC)". The Project Manager also can serve as the leader of the Customer Focus Team (CFT). This role serves as the primary liaison between the customer and internal teams, ensuring that projects move efficiently from quotation through production while meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets. They work directly with the site General Manager (GM) and Account Management (AM) to execute project milestones.The Project Manager collaborates closely, motivates and engages engineering, supply chain, production, quality, sales teams and Program Managers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product, services and solutions according to customer and project needs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and programs.Works closely with the customer to ensure customer's action items are closed and support where neededManage project timelines, deliverables, and communication between customers and internal CFT.Lead CFT meetings and maintain action trackers, shared internally and with the customer to track actions and ensure prompt closure of all activities.Monitor project schedules and production commitments.Identify risks that may impact delivery, cost, or quality.Drive resolution of issues affecting project timelines.Manages internal communication of metrics (inventory turns, quality, delivery (OTD), tariffs / duty recovery, PPV's, E&O, etc.) as well as metrics with the customer (monthly or quarterly depending on the customer)MSA know Terms and conditions and request Account Management(AM) for help w/ end of life EOL agreements; Contract ReviewMaintain profitability per NEOTech's objectives and review project costs vs. quotations to ensure margins are being metEscalate when issues cannot be resolved so open items are closed in a timely manner. Limit customer and internal risks.Support and follow all ISO standards related to NEOTech's various Quality Management Systems, and all corporate and site 5S objectives.Present excess & obsolete (E&O) to customer on a monthly basis and drive resolution, work with AM for resolution.
