We're hiring a Large Format Print & Sign Production Specialist to support high-quality output across signage, vinyl graphics, and custom print projects.This is a full-time, on-site role working with industry-standard large format equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.What You'll Do:Operate large format printers (roll-to-roll, UV flatbed, vinyl)Perform finishing work including laminating, trimming, mounting, and binderyPrepare and review print files for accuracy and production readinessAssist with vinyl application, signage assembly, and occasional installationWork with a variety of substrates including banners, rigid boards, and vehicle graphicsMaintain production equipment and ensure consistent output qualityCollaborate with team members to meet deadlines and customer expectationsWhat We're Looking For:2+ years of experience in large format print, sign production, or similar environmentFamiliarity with equipment such as wide format printers, laminators, and cutting devicesUnderstanding of vinyl application and large format finishing techniquesStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at onceReliable, team-oriented mindset with a solid work ethicBasic computer and math skillsCompensation & Schedule:$17–$20 per hour, based on experienceFull-time, consistent hoursOpportunity to grow with a stable, locally focused businessWhy This Role Stands Out:You'll be part of a small, collaborative team where your work directly contributes to finished products seen throughout the community.
