Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Large Format Print & Sign Production Specialist based in Sioux Falls, SD. The role involves managing and executing all phases of large format print and sign production, including operating printing equipment, designing print materials, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The Specialist will also collaborate with team members to manage customer orders, provide excellent customer service, and maintain efficient workflow processes. Qualifications Proficiency in Print Production and Printing processes, with experience in operating large format printers and production equipmentSkills in Print Design, including knowledge of design software and preparation of files for printingStrong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team membersAbility to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detailUnderstanding of signage materials, substrates, and production techniques is a plusPrior experience in a print or production environment is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or training in printing or design is a bonus
