We are looking for a creative powerhouse to bridge the gap between high-end visual design and secure financial functionality for mobile platforms.In this role, you will lead the charge in crafting mobile-first experiences for millions of users, specializing in secure payment workflows and fintech innovation. You’ll leverage industry-leading tools like Figma and Sketch to build intuitive, high-fidelity prototypes that define the future of digital transactions.The Role Design and develop mobile-first UI/UX experiences for iOS and Android platforms, focusing on complex payment and transaction workflows. Lead the creation of wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes optimized for mobile responsiveness and biometrics. Partner with mobile engineers and security teams to ensure all designs meet strict PCI DSS requirements and data protection standards. Maintain and scale a comprehensive mobile design system, ensuring reusable components and consistent style guides across the enterprise. Conduct rigorous usability testing and iterate designs based on real-time user analytics and feedback loops.What You'll Need 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a heavy portfolio focus on native iOS and Android applications. Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools including Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD. Deep understanding of fintech or financial services UI/UX, including experience with secure input, data masking, and PCI-compliant environments. Solid knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to implement inclusive design on small screens.
