Staff Accountant

Our company is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant with a strong background in month-end reporting and a degree in accounting or related field.Responsibilities:Perform precise month-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accrualsAnalyze and prepare financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAPSupport inventory control processes, assisting with cycle counts and investigation of variancesCollaborate with operations to provide insightful financial reporting and KPIs tailored to distributionMaintain general ledger integrity, and assist with audits and internal controlsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance requiredPrior experience as a Staff Accountant in the distribution or related industry strongly preferredDemonstrated expertise in month-end close and financial statement preparationSolid understanding of inventory and cost accounting conceptsProficiency with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skillsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailWhy Join Us? Benefits are available including medical, vision, and dental, and life and disability insurance.
