Metal Welder/Fabricator
Job Description
Mobile Staff Solutions is now hiring a skilled metal welder/fabricator in the Lakeland area. This is a temporary to permanent position!Key Responsibilities:Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on various metalsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsFit and fabricate metal components for conveyor systemsMeasure, cut, and assemble parts to exact specificationsOperate fabrication equipment such as grinders, saws, and drillsInspect finished welds to ensure quality and structural integrityMaintain a clean and safe work environmentCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlinesQualifications:Minimum of 5+ years of welding and fabrication experienceStrong experience with conveyor systems or similar industrial equipment preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsProficient in MIG/TIG welding (Stick welding a plus)Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsReliable transportation and strong work ethicCompany DescriptionMobile Staff Solutions is a full-service staffing company dedicated to efficiently and effectively managing our clients hiring process by:Delivering better candidates by customizing the screening and assessment process for each and every customer.Quickly building a diverse candidate pipeline to reduce hiring time and cost.Offering flexible workforce options such as: temp, temp-to-hire, and direct hires.MSS is an equal opportunity employer.
