You will work closely with an established and collaborative group of partners and take a leading role in managing transactions from start to finish, mentoring junior attorneys, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients across the U.S. and internationally.The firm is open to candidates from BigLaw, mid-sized, or boutique backgrounds.
