Corporate Securities Associate - Seattle or Portland

Ballard Spahr LLP, which recently combined with Lane Powell PC, is seeking a highly qualified associate to join its expanding Securities & Capital Markets practice in Seattle or Portland. Qualified candidates should have 4 to 6 years of experience in compliance and reporting, capital markets transactions, public company M&A, and corporate governance for publicly traded companies. The ideal candidate will have distinguished academic credentials, excellent communications skills and attention to detail, and a strong knowledge of ’34 Act, ’33 Act, stock exchange rules, and other relevant regulations and laws.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, service-oriented candidate to thrive in a collegial environment at a firm with a national profile and emphasis on mentoring, community engagement and professional development.
