Our team is collaborative, mission-driven, and committed to delivering an outstanding patient experience through efficient operations and strong clinical support.Position SummaryThe Practice Administrator / Director of Operations will oversee all administrative and operational functions across multiple dermatology clinic locations. This individual will manage clinical operations, human resources, billing and revenue cycle oversight, compliance, financial reporting, and strategic planning in partnership with executive leadership. Travel between clinic locations is required.This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the organization runs smoothly, efficiently, and in full regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership — Establishes and implements goals, policies, procedures, and systems for all operational areas. Develops and executes long-range operational plans. Oversees daily clinic operations while monitoring budgets and financial performance.Human Resources — Oversees administration of compensation, benefits, payroll, job descriptions, and personnel policies. Participates in hiring, training, supervision, performance evaluations, merit increases, and disciplinary actions.Revenue Cycle & Financial Oversight — Oversees billing operations, accounts receivable, active claims, denials, and billing team performance. Gathers and reports fiscal and statistical data, including clinical and financial metrics.Compliance & Risk Management — Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations including HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare governing bodies. Maintains credentialing with Medicare, third-party payors, and related entities.Systems & Facilities — Resolves administrative and operational issues including clinic property, computer systems, and software applications.Clinical & External Relations — Coordinates with medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and service delivery.
