Job Title: Janitor - School District (Evening Shift) Location: Tucson, AZ Hours: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM Key Responsibilities:Provide daily leadership, direction, and motivation to a team of custodians. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to ServiceMaster standards and meet client expectations. Act as the point of contact between team members and ServiceMaster management. Perform regular walk-throughs at assigned school sites to monitor cleanliness and address any concerns. Assign work duties and adjust schedules based on team availability and site needs. Train new team members on cleaning protocols, equipment usage, and safety practices. Manage and track cleaning supplies, request restocks, and maintain inventory at each site. Secure school facilities at the end of each shift, including locking doors and setting alarms where required. Report maintenance needs and incidents to appropriate school personnel and ServiceMaster leadership. Ensure all safety and compliance guidelines are followed.
