This executive will be instrumental in designing and leading the strategy for clinician onboarding, ongoing education, and competency development, with a focus on ensuring clinical excellence, provider readiness, and a high-quality patient experience. The role involves setting a multi-year education and training strategy, defining a future-state learning model that incorporates innovative approaches such as simulation and AI-driven tools, and establishing standards, governance, and an operating model that align with the virtual care environment.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in clinical education, onboarding, or workforce development, and experience in building a tech-enabled learning ecosystem. They will be responsible for owning the education budget, making strategic investment decisions, and driving outcomes related to clinician readiness and performance. Strong leadership skills are essential, as the role includes leading a team and partnering with clinical leadership to ensure the success of education initiatives. The candidate should be data-driven, with a focus on measurable outcomes, and have the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments to support the organization's rapid growth and evolving clinical needs.Travel Percent
