Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Overview: We are recruiting full-time Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a major manufacturer located in Clarksville, TN - $3,000 relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates willing to relocate to Tennessee. Responsibilities: Perform mechanical/electrical maintenance duties safely, professionally, and to standard while following all company and regulatory safe work and housekeeping practices Diagnose problems with existing equipment/machinery Install, troubleshoot, and maintain all manners of electrical components Perform diagnostics on electrical components and programmable logic controllers Inspect, clean, replace, and repair machines, motors, and other electrical components Maintain wiring systems; bend conduit and replace old wiring Replace guards, covers, and close control cabinets after work is completed Perform work from blueprints, sketches, or specifications Perform welding and fabrication as required Participate in and support continuous improvement programs Develop and maintain a partnership approach to operations, quality, and health and safety Maintain knowledge of the machines and remain up-to-date on predictive and preventive maintenance guidelines Perform any additional duties as assigned by management Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of previous maintenance experience in an industrial environment Knowledge of various machine operations and production roles Proficient with reading mechanical/electrical print Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.50 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Relocation assistance Vision insurance Schedule: 12 hour shift Night shift Application Question(s): We pay up to $3,000 for relocation assistance.
