2nd Shift Maintenance Technician

Our client is a well-established, fast growing national company that has an opening for a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician.This is a full-time position that is responsible for maintenance functions including overseeing preventative maintenance, trouble-shooting equipment issues, repair of equipment, and emergency repairs as needed.ResponsibilitiesMachine maintenance, breaking down equipment when needed, helping to adjust and set up equipment for daily production.Overseeing preventative maintenance, which includes daily and weekly inspection of all machinery.Light plumbing, electrical, welding and carpentry when neededWork with the Maintenance Manager to recommend machine upgrades to boost efficiencyPerforms other duties and responsibilities as required.QualificationsExperience with food packaging machines is required.
