The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.ResponsibilitiesGreet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with the check-in process.Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.Manage reservations and maintain accurate records using hotel management software.Operate phone systems to respond to calls promptly and provide information about hotel services and amenities.Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures accurately.Provide local information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.SkillsStrong background in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred.Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Strong problem-solving skills to address guest concerns efficiently.Weekends mandatory
