Shifts: First and Second Options Open Core Duties Utilize industrial sewing machinery to manufacture premium textile items. Analyze and follow detailed patterns, project specifications, and assembly instructions. Execute precise fabric measurements and cuts to satisfy project needs. Help ensure product excellence by thoroughly checking stitches, seams, and final presentation. Perform routine upkeep on sewing apparatus to keep all equipment functioning optimally. Work alongside colleagues to achieve collective production targets and timelines. Support the onboarding of new staff by sharing expertise on sewing methods and machine operation. Help maintain a safe and orderly workspace for the entire team. Required Skills Demonstrated background in sewing, ideally within a manufacturing setting. Comprehensive knowledge regarding diverse sewing methods and material properties. Capacity to interpret and execute patterns and guidance with precision. Focus on accuracy to ensure the delivery of superior craftsmanship. Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork. Foundational understanding of how to care for and maintain sewing machines. Completion of high school or GED; supplementary education in textiles or sewing is beneficial.
