Join us in crafting high-quality products that make a difference!First & Second Shift AvailableResponsibilitiesOperate sewing machines and equipment to produce high-quality sewn products.Read and interpret patterns, specifications, and instructions for various sewing projects.Measure and cut fabric according to project requirements.Ensure the quality of finished products by inspecting seams, stitches, and overall appearance.Maintain sewing machines and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Assist in training new team members on sewing techniques and equipment usage.Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards in the workspace.QualificationsProven experience in sewing, preferably in a production environment.Strong understanding of various sewing techniques and fabric types.Ability to read and follow patterns and instructions accurately.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.Basic knowledge of sewing machine maintenance.High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sewing or textiles is a plus.
