CATS Behavioral Health Clinician EPSDT-CVC CATS Full Time 88535BR Job Summary Involves patient care services for a range of mental health disorders, often severe including major depressive disorders, paranoia, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder. Settings may be inpatient, outpatient or clinical research studies. Patient care may be provided by a combination of licensed clinicians, as well as counselors and crisis intervention specialists. Patients typically require routine assistance, treatment or a specialized and controlled environment. Primary emphasis on treatment and attempt where possible to help patients control their own lives in the outside world, with the use of a combination of psychiatric drugs and psychotherapy. Salary Range: $59.53 to $78.54/hour For roles covered by a bargaining unit agreement, there will be specific rules about where a new hire would be placed on the range. Required Qualifications Master's degree in related area and 3+ years related work experience; and/or equivalent experience. Licensed as Clinical Social Worker, Marriage Family Therapist, or Clinical Psychologist 3+ years of related work experience Strong skills in providing individual and group behavioral therapy, behavioral analysis and / or educational interventions. Strong knowledge of applicable laws and ethical standards associated with profession. Strong knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. Highly effective verbal and written communication. Demonstrated active listening, persuasion and counseling skills. Strong skills in collaborating with heath care providers, PIs and community partners. Knowledge of business software, specialized applications and EHR systems used in behavioral health clinics / clinical departments.
