Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of customer deployments: from problem definition through production rollout, adoption, and expansion. Spend 25-50% of time on-site with customers and partners to deploy, operate, and troubleshoot the platform in real-world environments (edge hardware, networking, sensors, data pipelines, and AI inference). Build integrations connecting customer OT/IT systems, data sources, and workflows into production applications. Diagnose and resolve complex full-stack issues (hardware, network, data, application, AI) quickly. Capture deployment learnings and convert them into repeatable playbooks, patterns, and product improvements. Leverage AI-native tools to accelerate drafting and implementation. Drive alignment and decisions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirement 5+ years building and operating production software/systems, preferably in customer-facing or delivery roles Hands-on experience with edge/hybrid environments: hardware, networking (VPNs, TLS, firewalls, LTE/5G/Wi-Fi), Kubernetes, and containerized deployments Strong troubleshooting skills across the full stack (logs, metrics, packet capture, performance profiling) Production experience with modern AI (LLMs, agents, inference) under real-world constraints Proven ability to embed with customer/partner teams and drive multi-party delivery Strong engineering skills (Python and/or Go preferred), automation/scripting, clean design, and documentation Comfort operating in ambiguity, making sound trade-offs, and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders
