Real Estate Acquisition Associate

InSite Group is a privately held real estate developer focused on high-rise residential, hotel, retail, and mixed-use projects in South Florida. We are expanding our acquisitions and development team as we pursue a growing pipeline of landmark opportunities across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. This is an opportunity to work directly with senior leadership, and help source projects that will shape the region for years to come.We are hiring a relationship-first deal originator with the instincts, presence, and drive to create opportunity. This role is built for someone who knows how to get in front of the right people, build credibility quickly, and turn conversations into actionable pipeline.The Acquisitions Associate will focus on sourcing acquisition opportunities with a primary focus on development sites for high-rise residential and mixed-use projects as well as distress, value-add properties across South Florida. You will spend much of your time in the market, calling on brokers, meeting owners, touring sites, attending events, sourcing and underwriting opportunities, while staying close to the people and information that matter.This is not a pure underwriting role.
