You will work closely with the Corporate Controller and Assistant Controller, serving as a key driver of the general ledger and month-end close processes.As our Staff Accountant, you are a guardian of financial integrity. You’ll dive deep into the numbers to ensure records are as reliable as the systems we manufacture.Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring every journal entry is precise, complete, and purposeful.Orchestrate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes with high-level analysis and supporting schedules.Ensure financial statements and internal reports stand up to the highest U.S. GAAP standards.Act as a vital resource for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams, streamlining transactions and resolving discrepancies.Identify unusual transactions, recommend resolutions, and support leadership with high-priority ad hoc projects and audit preparation.Your background:We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who finds satisfaction in \"clean\" books and thrives in an environment where they can drive efficiency.You have 2–5 years of full-cycle accounting experience under your belt.You’ve spent at least one year in a manufacturing environment and understand its unique financial rhythm.You are a Microsoft Excel power user and have navigated ERP systems with ease.You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.You don't just follow processes; you look for ways to automate and improve them within low-automation environments.Why Join Us?We are a team that values precision, professional growth, and equal opportunity for everyone.
