Wireless Communications Systems Engineer (We have 3 positions open)Fully RemoteThe Senior Wireless Communications Systems Engineer will lead the design, integration, and management of wireless/RF communication systems, including land mobile radio, cellular, microwave, and related technologies. The role requires providing innovative solutions for complex projects, overseeing teams, and contributing to strategic goals.ResponsibilitiesLead design, engineering, and integration of wireless/RF communication systems.Solve complex problems using advanced technologies and innovative solutions.Manage technical project tasks and oversee the work of other engineers.Contribute to strategic initiatives and project requirements.Develop system documentation and specifications.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).10+ years of experience in land mobile, cellular, microwave radio, or wireless communications systems.Expertise in RF technology and information systems integration.Strong problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills.
