Who You AreYou're a full stack engineer who wants to own and execute on high-impact AI initiatives, including:Designing and scaling horizontal AI agents that can operate across multiple departments, cities, and workflowsBuilding large-scale systems that process millions of public records into structured, agent-readable knowledge graphsYou'd be a strong fit if you have:3+ years of experience building production systems at fast-moving startups, from early-stage through scaleA track record of shipping and owning products end-to-end in high-ownership environmentsExperience integrating AI into product workflows through LLMs, agentic systems, automation tooling, or AI-powered featuresA pragmatic, execution-focused mindset with a bias toward action and iterationComfort moving between architecture decisions, hands-on implementation, and cross-functional collaborationStrong experience with technologies such as Python, TypeScript, FastAPI, Next.js, TailwindCSS, Supabase, Selenium, shadcn/ui, and LLM APIsInterest in working onsite in San Francisco or New York, 5 days per week
