With a strategically located warehouse in Atlanta, we provide fast, reliable service and technical support to our customers.Position OverviewWe are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Territory Sales Manager to grow and manage our business across Eastern North Carolina and Virginia. This role is responsible for developing new business, strengthening distributor relationships, and driving demand at the end-user level.This is a high-impact role with significant autonomy and strong earning potential for a motivated sales professional.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow sales within assigned territory (Eastern NC & VA)Manage and expand relationships with key distributorsCall on OEMs, end users, and engineering firms to generate demandConduct joint sales calls to close opportunitiesIdentify and convert competitive business opportunitiesProvide technical product support and application solutionsForecast sales and manage territory pipelineQualifications3+ years of outside sales experience (industrial or B2B preferred)Experience in bearings, power transmission, conveyor, or related industries is a strong plusProven ability to grow territory sales and develop new businessStrong relationship-building and communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyComfortable with technical sales and problem-solvingProficiency with Microsoft OfficeValid driver’s license and willingness to travelWhat We OfferCompetitive PayEstablished territory with existing business and growth opportunitySupport from experienced inside sales and manufacturer partnersAccess to stocked inventory for quick turnaround and customer supportWhy Join R.C.
