Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) - Newfane, NY Job Type: Full-TimeJob Summary: The Counselor (LCSW/LMSW) is responsible for delivering high-quality, client-centered care within regulated substance use treatment programs, including medically supervised withdrawal, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient services.Key Responsibilities:• Maintain and manage an assigned caseload• Provide weekly individual and group counseling sessions• Prepare and submit required weekly drug court reports• Perform lethality assessments and develop safety plans as needed• Monitor client toxicology testing results• Enter required client data into NYC HRA STARS (weekly/monthly)• Support culturally and linguistically appropriate treatment planning• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environmentRequirements:• Master's degree in Social Work or related field• Active licensure as LCSW or LMSW• Minimum of 3 years of related clinical experienceSkills & Competencies• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills• Client-centered and recovery-oriented approach• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities• Attention to detail and compliance with regulatory standards
