Position: RN Unit ManagerNHC HealthCare Parklane is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our leadership team. This key management position oversees a 60-bed skilled nursing unit and plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and service excellence.Position SummaryThe RN Unit Manager is responsible for the overall clinical and administrative management of the assigned unit, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for our residents. This includes supervision of nursing staff, coordination of patient care, implementation of clinical policies, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
